Location: North
Responsibilities
- Lead Technicians to ensure that Depot and Interchanges are maintained in good condition.
- Provide Technical (M&E) advice and manage facilities-related maintenance and repair works.
- Function as a liaison with contractors and vendors.
- Monitor contractors and vendor performance to ensure contractual adherence.
- Perform and carry out inspection / internal audits that cover facility maintenance, workplace safety & health, and safety facilities.
- Carry out and follow up on external audit findings conducted by external or regulatory bodies.
- Provide feedback to HOD and management on technical data / trends.
- Identify and implement steps to improve company performance and processes.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Building Management System is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
