FACILITY & EHS OFFICER ($4000-$5500/AWS/VB)ref: AK

$5500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: North

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of the building and the equipment within the facility.
• Implement preventive maintenance program to ensure equipment are in serviceable condition and stocking of spares to minimize downtime
• Investigate and identify root cause of component failures and areas of frequent, expensive, serious, or potentially major problems to establish required corrective actions.
• Prepare, monitor, and control Maintenance budget.
• Develop and prepare reports, organize meetings and coordinate capital projects
• Implement new technology on energy saving, to make the facility GREEN.
• Part-take in capital planning
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding and knowledge on regulatory requirements related to workplace safety and health, environmental as well as ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
