Location: East
Responsibilities
- Supervise and a team of Technical Executive(s), Admin, Technicians and Contractors to manage the day-to-day maintenance and functional operations of assigned buildings / estates
- Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors/vendors and ensuring their maintenance works/service delivery are completed on time and as per contract requirements and agreed KPIs
- Carry out diagnostic analysis
- Submit proposal and make recommendations for Addition & Alteration (A&A) works, improvements/upgrading works and repair and replacement works to the building, M&E systems and facilities
- Prepare and justify for variation works
- Recommend for commitment of works order for works within Authority
- Certify and endorse payment for work done
- Attend regular meetings and submit monthly management reports, including Audit and Fire Safety reports
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Building Management System is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
