Responsibilities
- The Facilities Management Executive will be responsible for the facilities management, including the upkeep and maintenance, and building operations according to the required standards.
- Plan, organise, coordinate, and oversee operational processes of the areas assigned, including upgrading, renovation, and redevelopment works
- Source for comparative vendors/contractors to carry out renovations, maintenance, and repair works
- Work together with other functions/departments to ensure work specifications are carried out efficiently and promptly
- Work closely and liaise with workers, contractors, and suppliers to implement cost-effective, simpler, and faster ways of carrying out facilities development
- Attend to defects and faults reported on-site, conduct investigation and determine the cause of the defect
- Supervise contractors and other related facility management departments
- Oversee fire safety and workplace safety matters pertaining to infrastructure facilities
Requirements
- NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
