$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: CBD
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining of building facilities on timely – servicing, inspection, equipment re-certification etc..
- Undertake minor repair and maintenance work.
- Conduct daily facilities inspection to identify any defect
- Determine and analyze the cause of defects, breakdowns and faults & provide suggestions to prevent any future occurrences
- Liaise and supervise contractors on facilities repair / renovation works to ensure acceptable standard of work
- Ensure that only authorize users have accessed to locked venue
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Other tasks as assigned by the Management
Requirements
- Diploma holder in M&E / Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Facilities & Building Management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
