- In-charge of facilities management matters
- Experience in M&E, ACMV
- Overall maintenance of the buildings
- Conduct inspection works for the building
- Analyse and report of fault or breakdown
- Prepare of facility report
- Oversee the daily operations & attend meetings
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Building / Facilities / M&E
- With 3 years of relevant working experience in M&E, ACMV & facilities management
- Manage facilities management
