$8500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of the facility and upkeep of the property
- Oversees building and grounds maintenance
- Ensures security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly
- Conducts and documents regular facilities inspections
- Checks completed work by vendors and contractors
- Communicates workplace safety precautions to employees and service providers
- Ensures maintenance regime by contractors is executed timely, appropriate and adequate
- Ensures that the licenses renewal and submissions to various authorities are in compliance with the latest authorities’ requirements, Acts, regulations, Singapore standards and code of practices
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in EHS and Sustainability fields is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
