Location: West
Responsibilities
- Product Transfer – New or existing products.
- Production Line Set-up, Line Balancing.
- Manufacturing Procedures preparation and maintenance.
- Achieve Manufacturing First Pass Yield targets.
- Perform Failure Analysis and implement corrective and/or preventive measures.
- Ensure execution of Preventive Maintenance / Calibration.
- Implement Continuous Process Improvement projects.
- Training to Production Operators and Line Leaders.
Requirements
- Minimum Higher Nitec in Electrical /Electronics / Mechanical or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge in ISO requirements, Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma, 5S is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
