Location: West
Responsibilities
- Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
- Responsible for ensuring highest possible uptime and availability for mechanical, electrical & material handling equipment
- Perform root cause analysis/investigation to increase reliability and performance of equipment
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
- Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
- Monitor operations and exercise corrective actions
- Share a trusting relationship with workgroup, manage and develop plant staff
- Commit to plant safety procedures
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
