Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Read, analyze and interpret electrical drawings and electronic circuit diagrams.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and determine causes of systems malfunctions using debugging or measuring tools and isolation of components failure.
- Assemble PCB and the components well and assure the quality of PCBA. Additionally, able to detect, repair and replace faulty PCB Assemblies, and electronic & electromechanical components.
- Verification of assembled electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and components to ensure accuracy & functionality of design intent.
- Operate power tools (Drilling Machine, etc), PCBA tools (Soldering Iron, Hot Air Blower, SMD Hot Plate, etc), and electronic measuring devices (Oscilloscope, Multimeter, LCR Meter, etc.)
- Responsible for inter-system or inter modules connectivity. Preparation of wiring assemblies and identification.
- Operate simple programmable microcontroller operation, microcomputer, and sensor, like Arduino Raspberry Pi.
- Design and Fabrication of PCB, including creation of library parts, component placement, routing, generation of Gerber Files and Bill of Materials (BOM).
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Electronics & Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with PCB CAD software, e.g. KiCAD, Altium, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
