Location: West
Responsibilities
- Working with the appointed contractor and in-house E&I Engineers to maintain and provide electrical & technical process operation supports to achieve safe working and quality products for the petrochemical process plants such as AAL, VAM, CUM plants and VAE/VAEP plant.
- Troubleshoot electrical equipment failures and recommend solutions to avoid recurring issues
- Evaluate current preventive / predictive maintenance program to identify areas of improvement.
- Supervise, direct and train technicians to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Able to read technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, or topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and production requirements for VAE/VAEP plant extension.
- Prepare E&I performance reports and evaluates technical proposals if requested
- Prepare specifications for the purchase of E&I materials or equipment to Purchasing department.
- Handle ISO risk assessments/ &EAIA for various E&I maintenance works
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical or relevant Chemical or Engineering Disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Technical/Mechanical/Electrical industry is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
