Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Electrical Lead, oversee all electrical matters from conceptual, to design and the implementation stage of the projects.
- Perform LT and HT electrical systems design including lighting system, generator sizing, earthing, and lightning protection systems.
- Review and understand scope, BIM, specifications, and drawings for all electrical works from client briefs that are specific for the project;
- Responsible for developing technical and design reports, cost estimates, preparing tender specifications and drawings, tender evaluation, project implementation, testing, and commissioning.
- Ensure that consistent quality standards and conformance with design plans/specifications are maintained across the project and coordination with Principal / Senior Electrical engineers to ensure consistency across the project;
- Attend and take records of meetings, and discussions with clients, contractors, vendors and provide input into technical discussions;
- Understand and follow plans, procedures, workflows, systems and tools to meet specific project requirements;
- Liaise, coordinate, and resolve relevant technical issues with other disciplines and manage client’s expectations.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with engineering software such as Etap and SKM is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
