Responsibilities
- Ensure functionality of our Ecommerce by performing regular website checks
- Responsible for website management across all sales & listing of products
- Competitor monitoring and suggestions on improvements for a pleasant customer experience
- Ensure product listing information is consistent
- Ensure healthy stock inventory level to meet sales
- Provide friendly and professional communication during call transactions and email inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service and attend to partner’s request of assistance
- Advise clear and accurate information based enquiries.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, Design, Multimedia and other related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS Office Skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
