Location: West
Responsibilities
- Handling e-commerce platforms
- Manage end to end process of bringing our brand and products onto the online marketplace
- Plan and create advertising campaigns and promotions within e-commerce platforms
- Monitor sales, promotions, marketing and social media programme and/or activities over digital platforms
- Maintain and upload product listing including content for various e-commerce partner’s platforms.
- Ensure all products information are up to date (Eg. pricing, stocks, availability)
- Monitor all e-commerce orders and ensure that the orders are fulfilled from order delivery and after-sales
- Managing customer’s comment and review through e-commerce platforms
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in shipping, logistic management, or business administration relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Basic understanding on e-commerce operation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
