Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing and managing digital banking solutions, collaborating with technology and operational teams, providing support for integration with existing systems and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, UX/UI design, marketing, data analytics, and technology to conceptualize and implement innovative digital propositions for SMEs
- Work with colleagues both from Bank’s key markets to gather and sharpen user requirements, and assist in prioritising solutions
- Assist in driving customer adoption of digital banking solutions through marketing campaigns
- Assist in data collections and improving dashboarding of information presentations, making use of data-driven principles
- Provide support to internal stakeholders, such as relationship managers, to enhance their understanding of digital banking journeys & propositions to enable them to effectively engage SME customers. Thereby increasing digital share
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks which may include presentation materials to senior management and organise events to promote various digital banking solutions across the region
- Prepare reports as required by management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, computer science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of digital banking platforms, technologies, and customer experience best practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
