Responsibilities
- Optimise and grow the marketing funnel, boosting inbound leads and overall acquisition
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across B2B channels
- Optimise the customer journey through all marketing touchpoints
- Build automation and engagement strategies for different audiences and in different lifecycle stages
- Own the development of customer-facing marketing assets to support product storytelling and drive acquisition (e.g. product videos, blogs, email campaigns, product copy, support knowledge base articles, press releases, customer success stories, website copy, social channels etc)
- Manage budget and performance for paid advertising channels
- Manage and optimise the customer-referral program
- Work with leadership to communicate campaign performance, determine budgets, set goals, define KPIs and ROI strategies to support quarterly and annual revenue targets
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma or Professional Degree in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics and related tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
