Responsibilities
- Drive the day-to-day digital media operations including campaign set-up and optimisation to maximise engagement, conversion rate and overall ROI
- Communicate actionable insights to key stakeholders and make proactive recommendations for creative enhancements and optimisation of homepages, landing pages and user funnels.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies and campaigns, bringing out the talent of peers through facilitated digital marketing workshops.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes.
- Develop omni channel programs (email/push/in-app/media) delivering segmented notifications that are proven by both quantitative and qualitative measurements.
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Develop joint marketing plans and initiatives with digital partners (B2B / B2C) and alliances with regional objectives to achieve business and revenue growth targets
- Responsible for planning and driving all sales KPIs and ROI for campaigns, rolls up sleeves.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Creative Media Design, Digital marketing, Marketing, Advertising and relevant fields.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in digital marketing and campaign management with understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
