Responsibilities
- Take the lead with digital ad campaigns to drive brand awareness, engage audiences and generate consumer sales through multiple digital (social and search) channels.
- Deliver timely campaigns throughout the year that are aligned with business objectives and product launches / enhancements, as well as continue building the PIF brand story.
- Lead the wider product and marketing team in brainstorming ideas to create original, thought-provoking, and creative content to be used across paid marketing channels.
- Drive the day-to-day digital media operations including campaign set-up and optimisation to maximise engagement, conversion rate and overall ROI
- Communicate actionable insights to key stakeholders and make proactive recommendations for creative enhancements and optimisation of homepages, landing pages and user funnels.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies and campaigns, bringing out the talent of peers through facilitated digital marketing workshops.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes.
- Develop channel programs (email/push/in-app/media) delivering segmented notifications that are proven by both quantitative and qualitative measurements.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Creative Media Design, Digital marketing, Marketing, Advertising and relevant fields.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge in social media, website & e-commerce and digital solutions is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
