Location: West
Responsibilities
- Plans / Defines the design deliverables (referring to the contract), design sequencing & stages
- Defines production schedule & personnel requirements (with Planner, input from Design Coord.)
- Plans, checks, monitors & reports on design progress (with Planner, input from Design Coord.)
- Oversees design efficiency and hours utilization.
- Set freeze dates and major revision issue dates (e.g. IFD, IFT, IFC)
- Revision control management is properly executed (incl. drawings statusing, rack mgt, etc…)
- Leads Project Design Meetings (internal & external)
- Chair project design reviews
Requirements
- Degree or above in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in AutoCad, SketchUp,Photoshop, Revit, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
