Location: East
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technical strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, business, marketing) to define product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and adopting appropriate technologies, frameworks, testing, documentation, tools, and design models.
- Champion a culture of high-quality code through code reviews, test automation, and sharing best practices.
- Mentor and lead the development team, including conducting technical interviews, performance reviews, and developing training plans.
- Manage and prioritize the backlog of development tasks and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Guide operations, development, and infrastructure teams to resolve support tickets efficiently and plan for relevant enhancements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies, actively seeking opportunities to improve our development process and product offerings.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering / Information Systems or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
