$3K + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- In charge of building rapport and relationship with concierges, front desk and staff
- Maintain and service a pool of Concierge accounts to help promote Tours
- Update them on new tours and promotions
- To give guests Courtesy or service call 3 hours after flight lands and coordinate with driver
- Check on tour bookings daily and follow up accordingly if need arises
- Check on Guide availability on weekly basis and update on excel file and share with department
- Assign guides for tours as and when required
- Check on rates in Tour plan and create invoices at the end of each month.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- You are customer-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
