Location: West
Responsibilities
- To provide Good customer service, handling incoming telephone call, customers inquiry and quotation.
- Order processing, ensure timely delivery, prepare documentation pertaining to delivery and invoicing.
- Liaise with customers, sales team, logistics company and production personnel on delivery and documentation issues.
- Data entry of inventory and customer data, ensuring company database is updated.
- To prepare and submit all sales and customers-related reports in timely manner.
- Handling customer or company vendor registration.
- Handling reception and administration activities such as filing, stationery, office supplies, equipment etc..
- Management of office filing system including quotations, tenders and company documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS Office applications(Ms Excel, Ms Word and Powerpoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
