$2700 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Attend to customers’ enquires & feedback
- Ensure that customers’ feedback are followed up promptly and professionally
- Process transaction inputs and payment handling
- Resolve problems arising from customers’ complaints
- Responsible for providing quality service for total customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Other administrative duties when required
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
