CREDIT CONTROL EXECUTIVE ($3500-$4000/AWS/VB)ref: CS

$4K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely collection for accounts receivables and improve DSO (managed advance termed customers, portfolio expanded with new markets)
• Work closely with outsourced transaction team, Sales and Customer Service teams, providing guidance on credit goals, objectives, processes and procedures
• Analyse financial statements and review credit reports to support extension of credit and recommend strategies for creative credit solutions
• Support outsourced team on error and disputes resolution
• Prepare/Review month end schedules including revaluation of accounts receivables, provision for bad debts, receipts reconciliation using MS Access and Excel tools
• Support statutory & internal audit on AR, credit management
• Support to PTP/RTR teams on documents received in office
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Office, in particular MS Excel (Pivoting)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
