CREDIT CONTROL EXECUTIVE ($3000-$4000/AWS/VB)ref: CS

$4K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  North

Responsibilities

• Prints monthly invoices and statement of accounts (SOA). Collating and dispatch to Couriers for delivery to Medical Practitioners.
• Ensures monthly deadlines are met i.e. reprocessing of lab request, invoices and credit note (CN) processing, generate SOA and etc.
• Assists in handling incoming and all telephone enquiries for accounts efficiently and courteously
• Ensures SOA and invoices are forwarded to sales team efficiently. Works together with the sales team to resolve billing errors and collection issues
• Closely monitor and follow up with clients outstanding and highlights any special account that need management’s attention or actions
• Monitors and checks for any no or delayed payment, other irregularities and changes in Schedule price
• Establishes and maintains strong and positive working relationships with internal & external clients, team members, vendors and other stakeholders
• Recommends suspension of delinquent accounts and communicate with solicitors on bad debts recovery, updates management on the status of these accounts monthly.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in medical laboratory or healthcare industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
