$14K + AWS + VB + allowance

Responsibilities

• Leverage internal and external data sources such as the voice of customer, insights and analytics to fully understand our customers’ experience and how we use this to inform future decisions
• As the guardian and champion of the blueprint for the Asia show, work in collaboration with Asia team and the respective projects teams to ensure the vision gets delivered on time, maintaining the awe, wonder and unboring approach that demands
• Contributing to the planning sessions to ensure execution is in line with the product vision and strategy
• Setting the Asia show’s visual identity and working with the larger design team to create the approved look book for SVP Asia and Operations team to execute from
• Partner with the marketing team to ensure alignment with the global brand so that our vision and identity is translated into our marketing story
• Develop health scores and necessary measures to ensure a proactive approach to our Customer Success endeavours
• Ensuring that creativity and the customer experience is at the heart of what we do
• Reimagining and reinventing the event landscape from pre show to reviving the magic after the event, bringing in fresh ideas and your own innovative mindset, setting the vision and translating this into a blueprint for event execution. Identifying opportunities and concepts that elevate the customer experience driving loyalty and increasing retention

Requirements

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Project Management, advertising agency or creative department is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
