CONTRACTS & PROCUREMENT MANAGER ($5000-$75000/AWS/VB)ref: GC

$7500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: Central

Responsibilities

• Obtain competitive quotations for hotel requirements and ensure that the best product is sourced and purchased.
• Ensure the purchase of correct goods and materials at a competitive price and proper quantities/volumes
• Ensure supplier information is current and correct. New suppliers to be pre-qualified using checklist template
• Monitor and follow up all areas of purchasing including contracts, agreements, quotations
• Work with finance to ensure comprehensive system for allocating and reconciling purchase orders in Netsuite
• Other ad-hoc duties – such as project tender for AEI, renovations, etc
• Maintain supplier product data including catalogue content, product specifications, photographs, descriptions and pricing and keep them confidential
• Develop and enforce purchasing standards, policies and procedures

Requirements

• Min. Diploma or equivalent in related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
