Location: North
Responsibilities
- Understand and be familiar with professional practice and contract administration processes. Technical knowledge in contracts terms and law.
- Review on the supplier/contractor’s proposal and make sure that all requirements are complied with.
- Able to provide budget cost or estimates as per instruction.
- Able to communicate with other Departments in dealing with various documents and issues.
- Coordinate with the supplier/contractor regarding of follow up on bills and quantities.
- Finalization of project final accounts.
- Tendering process and tender evaluation report. To reply tender clarification, preparation for tender interview and presentation etc.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Survey, Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
