5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Create Overall construction plan
- Manage subcon, prepare site progress report and necessary project documents
- Coordinate with contract team to clarify any pending issues regarding regarding the to the project
- Assist Project manager and lead a team of Engineers
- Monitor construction quality
- Report progress aganist construction plan
- Involve with design and co ordination work
- Monitor and ensure work place including those subcon to ensure compliance to spec.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil engineering in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Building & Construction / maintenance experience is a plus.
- Possess a Class 3 License.
