Location: East
Responsibilities
- Support in audit exercises, ensuring observations are remediated with appropriate measures and completed timely
- Keep abreast to changes in Standards / Code of Practices / Local Legislations and update the compliance register accordingly
- Communicate to all relevant stakeholders on actions needed to be taken for conformity to internal / external requirements.
- Work closely with Market Risk team (Line 2) in managing risk controls
- Develop policies or procedures common to all Plants / Functions so that practice are standardized and in line with the Compliance Framework set forth by Market Risk
- Upkeep records and supporting documents within respective data repository systems
- Liaise with respective departments to identify possible solutions to existing work practices which can reduce / eliminate staff-dependency on non-value added tasks or potential errors
- Prepare routine reports / declarations to be submitted to Management / Authorities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge in SharePoint, Power BI or Excel VBA is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
