Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis on market trends
- Data Collation and interpreting data related to financial markets, economic indicators and competitor performance
- Collaborate with research team and traders to contribute to the development of research reports and presentations
- Conduct data mining to source information from diverse channels from port agency reports, government statistics publications etc
- Maintain detailed records of data sources, methodologies, and quality control procedures, providing transparency in data management
Requirements
- Min. degree in related field
- Min 2 years of research data analysis
- Commodities industry is a plus
- Possess strong quantitative, analytic and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for data accuracy
