CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER ($5000-$8000/AWS/VB)ref: AC

$8K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: CBD

 

Responsibilities

  • Regularly engage with existing clients and customers in local to anticipate needs and services inclusive of running health checks, reports and presentations, working with technical support provided by Project Management team, etc
  • Troubleshoot issues and conflict resolution
  • Uphold and respond in a prompt manner and ensure departments follow up with clients
  • Manage and monitor the showroom to ensure it showcases the brand
  • Coordinate events and manage pre-meeting, workshop, lunch and learns with Marketing focusing on making sure invitations to key contacts / clients are well covered and make sure the execution of it is done in the most appropriate manner
  • Conduct all customer satisfaction surveys and insights, feedback to Marketing & Sales
  • Discuss project expectations
  • Develop customer journey within the region and build plans around touchpoints to ensure the brand and services are upheld

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in the Salesforce applications, customer service tools and software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
