$2700 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: CBD
Responsibilities
- Representing the Centre’s front-line contact with customers and referring enquiries accordingly
- Handling of registrations and careful keeping of client records, updating and maintaining of client database
- Scheduling appointments for client
- Handling over the counter payments, simple invoicing and settlement of accounts at the end of the day
- Tracking and maintenance of test materials
- Simple secretarial support to various consultants on an ad-hoc basis
- Simple housekeeping and sanitisation of the waiting area and clinical rooms
- Maintain proper inventory control
Requirements
- Diploma, GCE A / O / N Level, NITEC in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace applications is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
