Responsibilities
- Develop relationship with prospective customers for business development opportunities.
- Responsible for the smooth execution tender proposal process.
- Drive strategies to optimize time, cost and quality
- Provide leadership to coordinate and integrate overall manufacturing and project plan.
- Ensure all project execution, risk management, safety management and quality assurance and control are based on the industry’s best practices.
- Oversee the recruitment of people and acquisition of material resources to support the progress and completion of projects.
- Recommends policy and procedure for improvements.
- Report project progress to Management on timely manner.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with SEMI and FM requirements is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
