Location: North
Responsibilities
- Drive the Company’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control programmes.
- Support the Project Management and QAQC teams in the development and implementation of Project Quality Plans (PQP)/CONQUAS/Quality Mark/Quality Management plans to achieve and maintain the highest level of Quality Standards and strict compliance with specific Contractual QAQC Requirements.
- Oversee the renewal audits & surveillance certification audits of all existing ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certifications to the latest versions of ISO.
- Act as main liaison party with external certifying body on all ISO certifications.
- Undertake the planning, execution and continuous improvement to the existing Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) protocols, Business Continuity Planning (BCP) framework, Eco-Office Certification and other Environmental/Sustainability programmes at Corporate and Project levels.
- Oversee the continuous operations of the In house Academy with HR department to upskill and train all employees internally through in-house courses/training
- Conduct site-based Quality-related trainings to promote better quality-related skills, knowledge and awareness among project site staff.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in quality assurance/Quality control is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
