Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Manage both inbound and outbound sales pipeline and key accounts
- Grow presence and market share in local, forecasting sales targets and growth projections
- Conduct site surveys, proposal submissions, and conduct presentations to close opportunities
- Collaborate with all levels of relationships from clients to suppliers
- Research prospective accounts in target markets and pursuing leads, moving them through the sales cycle
- Support engineering and project teams where required to ensure project success
- Demonstrate a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding customer expectations through meetings, engagement, project execution and aftersales service
- Recruit, train and lead the business development team, by setting goals, developing strategies and tracking individual KPIs, ensuring goals are met
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with CRM tools is a plus.
- Possess a Class 3 License.
