Location: East
Responsibilities
- Play a hands-on role in maintenance of ACMV, plumbing & sanitary systems, amenities, fittings and fixtures, wall, ceiling and floor finishing of properties.
- Possess experiences manning and monitoring the Building Management System.
- Involve in the inspection of contractors’ works, tenants fit-out and reinstatement works
- Generate defect inspection reports
- Schedule preventive maintenance and corrective work orders using the Facilities Management System.
- Maintain & conduct routine inspections on electrical, air-conditioning systems, compressed air and chilled-water systems
- Contact and work with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repair to keep the building in daily operational state
- Maintain good housekeeping & switch rooms to ensure cleanliness of equipment and site
Requirements
- NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Building facilities & maintenance experience is a plus.
- Possess a Class 3 License.
