5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Maintain the day to day engineering operations of the building.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance such as Lighting etc.
- Perform repairs timely and efficiently.
- Ability to work under pressure situations and exercise good judgements.
- Ability to read and understand basic test equipment, measuring devices, and safety manuals.
- Maintains the building and related equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Responsible for general building works.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Building & Construction / maintenance experience is a plus.
- Possess a Class 3 License.
