$4800 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Create Mechanical or Electrical schematic and detailed designs with computer-aided design (CAD) and Revit BIM MEP software
- Mechanical or Electrical Design layout plans
- Understand and review Mechanical or electrical building requirements along with the engineering team
- Identify potential operational issues and redesign MEP design to improve functionality
- Ensure final Mechanical or Electrical designs comply with building regulations and quality standards
- Prepare reports as required by management
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in BIM is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
