Location: East
Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining a high quality BIM model is of priority.
- Deliver appropriate visuals (VDC) and shop drawing to support construction works.
- Extraction of key data from project model for quantity take-off, logistics, etc.
- Prepare design drawings using BIM and CAD technologies for building construction.
- Liaise and coordinate with sub-con and other trades for cross-team support on BIM software.
- Ensure all models are compatible and BIM data are made available to all project participants.
- Collaborate with team and other relevant departments to ensure all drawings are in order as per design requirements.
- Coordinate with other trades to resolve clashes / interfacing issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma/ Degree in Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Revit, Microstation, AECOsim, AutoCAD is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
