BIM MODELLER ($2800-$6000/AWS/VB)ref: ML

$6K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: West

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to create accurate and detailed 3D models of building projects using BIM software (such as Revit, AutoCAD, or Navisworks).
• Ensure that all project models meet industry standards and client requirements, and are accurate and up-to-date.
• Work with project teams to resolve design conflicts and coordinate building systems.
• Perform clash detection analysis to identify and resolve any potential construction issues before they occur.
• Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and reports from BIM models.
• Maintain BIM libraries and standards, and continuously improve modelling techniques and workflows.
• Train and mentor junior BIM modellers.
• Attend project meetings, provide technical support, and assist with project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or Navisworks is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
