Location: North
Responsibilities
- Develop plan, elevation, section, and detail drawings from the models with adequate detail and proper annotation for tender and construction.
- Develop and maintain office BIM standards and procedures for sheet layout, layering, modelling processes and drawing formats.
- Create and update BIM models based on BIM guidelines and requirement provided
- Deliver appropriate visuals and shop drawings to support construction works
- Ensure proper documentation based on project BIM workflow
- Assist in BIM Coordination and attend site meeting or conduct site verification whenever required
- Familiar with BIM documentations and shop drawings directly from the models
- Creation of 2D families
Requirements
- Diploma in Civil & Building Construction or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in software skills such as Latest AutoCAD, MS Office, Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
