Location: CBD
Responsibilities
- Understand the MEP design and prepare drawings using Autocad or Revit
- Understand and comply with BIM execution plan requirements for the project.
- Support project modelling requirements for the project, ensure timely deliveries of outcomes.
- Creation of 3D model content and ensuring model quality control.
- Modeling using specified tools.
- Manage model data to facilitate model coordination between multiple disciplines.
- M&E drawing production from 3D models.
- Work closely with design engineers and BIM Lead in preparing the CAD drawings/BIM models.
Requirements
- BCA/Diploma/Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in using CAD/REVIT software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
