Location: West
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for BIM requirements.
- Working closely with Project Managers and team members to instigate, implement and monitor workplans.
- Lead, oversee and manage projects planning and development in BIM.
- Carry out BIM integration of all BIM sub-models from all disciplines.
- Ensure projects are completed in accordance to BIM guidelines and compliance with the relevant government regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate BIM use on project, determine schedule of use, sharing activities, quality control, modelling responsibilities and document in BIM Execution Plan.
- Formulate BIM strategy with Project Managers.
- Determine BIM use for design simulations, analysis, and documentation.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalence.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient with MS Office (Work, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint);
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
