BIM MANAGER ($5500-$8000/AWS/VB)ref: QT

$8K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: West

Responsibilities

• Drawings and diagrams: Preparation, back-drafting, updating as per project discipline requirements and good engineering practices
• Adapts / executes existing drawings to incorporate design changes demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness
• Review and interpret project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawing.
• Schedule Construction and M&E works from commencement to completion of the project
• Co-ordinate with the Construction and M&E staff members to resolve related problem and issues.
• Assist the project manager to plan, organise, implement, coordinate and control the construction works.
• Independently able to provide solutions to problems in the field or ensure that sub-contractors’ Requests for Information are addressed quickly
• Control/ monitor and respond to client/ contractor and sub-contractor RFI’s

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or Architectural.
• With at least 10 years of work experience
• Knowledge of BIM technologies (MEP and Architectural) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
