BANKING BUSINESS ANALYST ($6000-$10,000/AWS/VB)ref: AC

$10K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: CBD

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements workshops to engage various stakeholders, including Front Office users, to elicit and validate business requirements.
• Lead and manage issues during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and sprints, ensuring proper traceability of requirements.
• Act as a bridge between end-users and technology teams, delivering well-thought-out solutions.
• Collate and manage all application-related details for the assigned business vertical.
• Provide support to the user community for daily business-as-usual (BAU) activities.
• Assist in assessing project scope, impact, and alignment with strategic data flow strategies.
• Work with stakeholders to collate and rationalize requirements and ensure the business solutions are long-term and standardized.
• Propose appropriate testing approaches and criteria for stakeholders and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Prepare comprehensive documentation on data flow, design, business solutions, and testing approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with tools like Jira and Confluence is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
