Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Develop, service and manage designated accounts, maintaining relationship with key accounts
- Identify new business opportunities, follow up on business referrals/enquiries and potential sales
- Conduct site inspection for potential clients
- Generate proposals and contracts
- Issue function orders, specifying instructions and coordinate with respective internal departments
- Communicating client’s needs to respective departments, handle any issues that may arise, coordinate with suppliers and respective internal departments to resolve issues to maximise guest satisfaction
- Provide feedback to Sales Leadership on market situation and competitors’ activities
- Work with Marketing to ensure consistent lead generation
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any field or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of product, sales strategies, processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
