Responsibilities
- Assists Quality Manager in driving and applying risk management principles based on the analysis of context of organization, formulate goals and objectives to address risk and opportunities as part of organization strategy and performance indicators.
- Lead the QA Weekly Meeting and monthly Production Quality Meeting (PQM). Follow up any action generated from the meeting until closure.
- Support Quality Manager in managing and handling customer complaint, customer feedback and related investigation. Review 8D Report prepared by the QA team before submission to Quality Manager.
- Support Quality Manager in reviewing and reporting Quality Objectives’ achievement status periodically and propose necessary actions.
- Assists Quality Manager in promoting awareness of Quality Policy, Quality Objectives and Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) throughout corporate organization.
- Promote and foster a culture that champions quality and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with external assessment body on all matters related to the external accreditation process.
- Ensure the QA team review and update CSR (Customer Specific Requirements) regularly. Ensure all employees understand and conform to CSR by providing training and awareness.
Requirements
- Degree in engineering or chemistry (BS Chemical Engineering / Chemistry) or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 or similar quality systems and experience in facing quality audits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
