$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Handle purchase orders processing and manage order fulfillment
- Monitor inventory level and plan on stock replenishment to fulfill business needs after analyzing trend and demand
- Evaluate quotations and negotiate for competitive prices
- Work closely with suppliers to track and ensure timely deliveries
- Engage proactive sourcing and qualification of alternative suppliers
- Examine the work process at hand and take steps for improvement and cost reduction
- Resolve quality issues with suppliers or subcontractors and arrange goods return if necessary
- To handle Quotation, Issue Purchase Order and maintain updated records
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in using ERP systems is a plus.
- Good communication and negotiation skill
