ASSISTANT MANAGER (INTERNAL AUDIT) ($5000-$7000/AWS/VB)ref: DS

$7K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: CBD

Responsibilities

• Conclude root cause analysis and audit findings; provide recommendations to management and improve the internal control environment, business processes, and bookkeeping quality. Monitor that corrective action plans are developed and implemented.
• Prepare high quality audit reports and communicate the audit findings with various stakeholders
• Assess the Internal Control System (ICS), including risk assessments and reviews of risk areas in systems or processes.
• Manage day-to-day project administrative work, including status updates, agendas, budget vs. actual time by audit area and by hour
• Balance project economics management with occurrence of unanticipated issues; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing task.
• Build a good working relationship with senior stake holders
• Comply with the Audit and Advisory Services Department Charter and Policy and Procedure Manual.
• Guide profit centers with the implementation of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).

Requirements

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge in SAP is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
